Today after church, DD and I went for a walk into Stackhouse Park, a nature area just outside our back door. It's something we love to do whenever the weather permits, and today was a gorgeous day for it.
Thanks for stopping by, Shawna. It seems that it was a different sort of fall here--everything went mostly yellow instead of the usual variety. Still pretty, though. Where are you?
I like to return the favor when people comment on my posts, but I couldn't find your blog...
Pull up a chair? Bickie? Beverage? I'm so glad you've stopped by. I hope you enjoy your stay. This little space celebrates the idea that the little things, the everyday things, are worth recording. It has comfortably settled itself into a blog about the everyday after I started a 365 Day photo challenge September of 2009 on Facebook. After beginning to blog, I transfered many of the photos here, where I have continued this daily challenge. My life is really not that interesting, but as I've looked for something to photograph each day, I've been able to find fun, joyful, meaningful things in the daily events that happen for all of us. It's fun keeping my eye open for little things that I never noticed were even worthy of record before. There is so much beauty out there if we keep an eye open to it.

It looks like fall actually happens there. We moved right on to winter in early October, but the weather is milder again now. I enjoy your pics!
