The owner of the house next door has this big, HUGE, old, half dead tree in their back yard. He has wanted to bring it down for years, but was worried at the cost etc etc and that it was so close to the house. There was hope when his daughter and her husband moved in, because the daughter's husband's family owns a nursery, and he has a friend who could do the job. This morning we heard a buzzing noise and LO! The tree falleth. Which means that our garden might actually get enough sun this summer to GROW. Rejoicing in our house.
Hubs was teasing me about taking photos of his...chainsaw. Harumph.
