Just watched August Rush on television. Twice. Wow. How did I miss that movie? Amazing. The idea that music is everywhere, if you listen for it, is a fascinating and utterly true concept. It reminds me of the story of the people in a city who didn't notice the birds singing but heard a quarter drop onto the concrete. It's all about where priorities lie. Such a poignant movie--and completely infused with music. The original compositions in the film were incredibly moving.
Anyway, I didn't have a photo today, but after the second round of this movie, I dug out my husband's guitar and took this:
