Millstone

Yesterday,  Kathryn (whose link, From the Inside...Out,  is in the sidebar) wrote a humorous post on the strange expressions we use in our daily speech.  And I've been thinking about that and noticing some of the goofy things that I usually don't even notice come out of my mouth.  My husband says "gadzooks" quite regularly, and I caught myself saying, "Don't get your knickers in a twist," and realized how often I say that!  But anyway, the other day I was going for a walk and this caught my attention along the edge of the neighbour's sidewalk:

It's not the best picture of it, but I'm not going to let that thought become a millstone around my neck.  *wink*  Have a lovely day!
