Day 36: Corner View--Love

What's NOT to love about a homemade dark chocolate brownie with gobs of ice cream?  It's there for you as a romantic treat when you're in love, and when things are rough and you're feeling lonely, it's there to cheer you up, give you comfort, and get you through the tough patch.  Talk about unconditional love!

For more info about Corner View, head over to Judy's corner at Spain Daily.

Oh wow - now I love that!!!

They say chocolate releases the same chemicals as love. Less pain, more gain.

I've heard that, too, Ian. Also seratonin to keep us from feeling depressed and endorphins to help us feel goooood and to act as a natural pain reliever. Not to mention the antioxidants in dark chocolate that reduce the risk of heart disease. It's win win! But we always knew that intuitively, even before science proved it. :o)

Di and Inna, there are still some nice, crusty bits from the edge of the pan left. My favorite! Come on over and I'll share! Bring milk.

Oh, YUM. What's not to love? And the presentation makes it look that much more appetizing!

Now I'm hungry. thank you for that.

LOL! Yeah--I had fun putting it together. Except that the ice cream kept melting! And you're welcome on the brownies. I'd share, except that Di and Inna hoovered them all, leaving only a few crumbs. ;o)
